What it does:  

Traditional CRMs were too focused on customer acquisition, but this one is different. It mainly focuses on your relationship with you client(s). It features an automatic reminder system that analyzes how often you talk to a given client and reminds you when it’s time to do it.

It’s a simple CRM specifically designed for agencies and small companies.

The idea behind it.

The developer created this simple software to help users store all the interactions with his/her, clients. A software that would analyze how often a user usually interacts with clients and remind the user to do it when he/she forgets.

What Bob likes

Bob has used StoryCRM for months and he’s digging the simplicity of the app when it comes to its design and layout. It is a proof that less is more.

What it doesn’t have or doesn’t do

No email integration yet. And it seems like this product will be discontinued in April 2016

Bob Mini Review

Bob helped a client a few months ago and decided to implement Funnel right from day 1 to give their sales force a tool to manage their leads and sales opportunities. The set-up proved to be easy and the integration with Gmail was a huge plus so they could sync up their emails and see them directly inside the CRM.

Creating a contact form is easy using the form builder. You can structure your form without any required technical knowledge. Once you’re done, all you need is to paste a couple of lines of code where you want the form to appear on your page or website. It also works as an email management tool to help you put all your work inquiries in a special place. No longer do you need to search through your mail inbox in order to find that important messages, as everything will be right there in Funnel properly labeled with the stage of the sales process they are in. Cool eh? It also helped the company in managing their contacts’ basic information. It allows them to create a profile for their customers based on what they enter into their forms, which they can update whenever they wanted to. Also, it allows them to put together rich messages in the form of an estimate or a quote for your product or service, and according to Bob, it has given their company a good impression as they send nicely formatted proposals to all their potential clients.
